Harper 1939 Old Town HW
A nice 1939 17′ HW model with sponsons that was modified at some point during its life with the addition of a sailing rig. No major problems but the bow end of the inwales split. Several ribs need to be replaced and a few others need cracks repaired.
July: hull repairs mostly complete and build-up coats of varnish in.
Sept: More varnish and a deck repair.
Oct: canvas.
Nov: filler.
