50 Pound Complete

Over the last week or so I applied the final finish coats on the 50 pounder. This weekend I installed the seats and stem bands so she’s done. A few more days for everything to fully cure out and she’ll be ready for her long overdue trip home to Georgia. The little 50 is a beautiful boat that is now put back right and should be a joy to paddle for years to come. I’ll get some good pictures in the next day or so. Darkness now sneaks up rather early.
